• Please note that your first choice may not be available and that the next available selection,based on your preference listing,will be allocated.

To confirm your stand booking please ensure payment is made within 7 days (seven days) after booking. Non payment within the allocated time will forfeit your booking.

SECTION 7: STAND DETAILS
DESCRIPTION
A. Basic Stand consisting of:
• Exhibition walls 3m x 3m white walling supported within an aluminum framework.
• 1 Fascia board and Company name on fascia (not logo,an average of 20 letters)
• 15 amp power point, shared power.
• 1x double fluorescent light.
• A standard conference table with two standard chairs.
B. Additional Equipment
Jukwaa Events offer a range of equipment and features as optional extras to their pre-built stands.
Exhibitors may contact Jukwaa Events directly for details. Please quote MICSSA 2018 when making inquiries. Exhibitors must note that these extra items are not included in the cost of a basic stand.
These items (and payment thereof) must be arranged directly with Jukwaa Events.

SECTION 8: PAYMENT DETAILS
Once we have received your application form an invoice will be issued for payment
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. In order to confirm your booking,full payment must be made as indicated above. Where Patron Discount is applicable, details have to be cleared with the appointed MICSSA Exhibition Agency.
2. Arrangements for payment has to be made with the appointed MICSSA Agency as detailed above.
3. Space-allocation will only be confirmed once payment has been received. Space-allocation will be done as per the MICSSA Stand Allocation Procedure. Preference will be given to Patrons. A copy of the procedure is available on request.
4. While every effort will be made to ensure the Applicant's highest preference stand is allocated,the MICSSA 2018 Committee cannot guarantee this to be the case as a particular choice may no longer be available.
5. The MICSSA 2018 Committee will arrange for security during MICSSA 2018.It remains,however,the responsibility of Exhibitors to ensure the safety and security of any equipment or materials on their stands.
6. This form is not valid unless signed and stamped by a duly-appointed representative of the applicant.
7. Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
• A 25% handling-fee will be charged for cancellations before 15 December 2017 and 50% by 15 January 2018.
• The full fee will be payable for cancellations after 15 January 2018.
• Exhibitors may transfer their stand to another party,should they desire so. A written notice to this effect must be submitted to the MICSSA 2018 Exhibition Coordinator prior to the commencement of the conference.
